Overprint was partly obstructed by an apparent foldover, however the fold occurred in two different locations between the green portions and black portions of the overprinting, that is the error pulled the paper into different positions in the middle of the third printing. The missing parts of the two right black district numerals are on the back of this note, however the rest of the black seal was apparently printed on a portion of another note that was ultimately trimmed off when the sheet unfolded before the cutting process. Similarly, the missing elements of the right green overprint likely ended up on the back of another note. Note often encountered quite this dramatic.
